The Lo-Foods album has came alive from a series of musical and “gastronomical” sessions.
As we’ve stumbled upon each other years ago, It soon became clear that not only music, but food is a really strong common bond between us. So we hosted each other from session to session - bringing amazingly delicious food to the table before sitting down and creating the tracks. Midway across the journey of these sessions we agreed to name all the tracks as the menu the given day and the whole “Lo-Foods” thing came together.
Only the Automatic Alfa differs a bit - that was more like a consequence of having too much - so we got into a food coma.
